There is a lady called 'Janette', who mends rugs. She picks up from Hutchinsons Feed Merchant on Horbury Bridge.

Beevers tack shop nr Harrogate do repairs - they send them away.
I know the place on Scotland lane too, but also can' remember the name - I'll go past tomorrow if I remember to go that way to work (basically the back road near Leeds Bradford Airport)

Janette picks up repairs and drops them off at Hutchinson Feeds at Horbury Bridge. Reasonable prices too.
