I have bought a smashing little Weatherbeeta rug of eBay, a total bargain, in great condition :)
The lady I bought it off, very kindly put it through the washing machine before she sent it. Now the label says it is washable and doesn't mention anything about having to reproof it after washing. Will it need reproofing or is it the actual type of material that is waterproof?
Also, if I do need to reproof, is there anything I can get to just spray on as I'm not overkeen on the idea of the Nikwax stuff you have to add to the washing machine? Thanks :)

I buy a tent weather seal for mine & just spray it on. Get it from our local warehouse but I'm sure any camping place will sell it xx

you can put the nikwax in a hand sprayer, you don't have to put in the machine. I can't see the point of proofing the lining.

I just spray the outside and concentrate on any seams
