Rug shoppers, help please

Is there anyone out there with super internet searching skills who can help me out please?

I'm looking for a high/half neck turnout rug (not full neck, not regular neck), min 1200 denier, 150 fill (or 100 would also be ok), would prefer leg straps and needs to have adjustable front, not just fixed clips. Can anyone find me (or make me!) this rug, in stock in 5'9?

Oh my dream rug. I'll take two in 5'9 and one in 6ft if anyone tracks it down. I would like to add that it has to have a silky lining too though.

Oh yes I would also like a silky lining. If we are both wanting the same surely there is demand for a company to make us a batch!
