Rug surcingles?

Wonder if anyone knows of somewhere I can buy black webbing cross surcingles to add onto a fleece rug?

i think equlibrium make some with clips on each end you can attach to any rug think ive seen the in robinsons and rideaway catelogues

Marnie - no old rugs...prefer to reuse what I can or give outgrown things to people who'll use the whole rug.
