Rug washing, reproofing and repairing in lancs

Hi,
Please can you let me know who you use to do your rugs. I have had the same person for 2 years and was not happy so I tried to change to a local tack shop this time only to find it was the same person collecting them!! I have just put one on my mare and she would have been drier without it...this rug was reproofed!!
Please help as this year I have had 19 rugs done and just hope they are not all the same!!!!!!!!!!

Whereabouts in Lancs are you? I know of somewhere near Blackpool that does them cheap as chips and great results. They employ people with mental health problems so also a good cause to support.
