So, all this talk about over-rugging and rugging in general made me think.
What do you consider weight wise for each type. For example my lightweight I use an Amigo no-fill sheet (600 denier). My next one up is the PE trio over rug which is 100g. After that I have an Amigo 200g then top of the pile is PE 300g turnout. I have all the liners for the trio but the 350g one has never been used.
He is hunter clipped and today has the 100g PE trio cover on.
90% of the time I have neck covers on too. Piebald with the white being in the mane is easier to keep clean.
I tend to under-rug rather than over rug.
Just wondering roughly whats your guidelines for "heavyweight" etc?
