Ruggles Rugs - anyone got one?

Hi. just wondering whether these rugs are any good? Are they generous in fit? I'm looking for rugs for a wide irish cob and a welsh section D. I normally buy Shires rugs but the Ruggles ones are 1200 denier rather than the 600 denier of the Shires ones.

I have, admittedly only a quilted fleece but the fit is good (my mare is a Section D x TB). My friend is a professional rug washer and repairer and she recommends Ruggles to people on limited budgets.

I can't help with regards to fitting for a chunkier horse but my TB had some ruggles rugs and I was very happy with them

I've got several of their turnout ones and they are great. Really good quality, good fit. Thoroughly recommend them.

I've got a couple and am very pleased with them. Can't remember about the fit, but no rubbing on my ID/TB cross.
