Ruggles rugs anyone use?

Have just been looking for rugs on Ebay and have come across Ruggles, wondering what the quality is like.

A friend of mine ordered one, and must say she ordered the size the horse always was and it fitted lenth wise,but we called it the mini skirt as it came up so short and the neck again was very very tight. This is the only time I have come across one, could have been a one off but not sure.
