Hi,
I am having probs finding rugs to fit my Haffy. She drives so has broad shoulders and I find many rugs either I have to do up loose otherwise they're really tight when she grazes but then they don't fit well. They also rub a lot but she does have a vest to prevent this.
Are any makes of rug better than others for this problem!? My Masta rug atm is lovely but it just doesn't fit properly!!!
Thanks :0)

Have you tried Mark Todd rugs, they fit my warmblood well and don't rub. I find if you do the rugs up too loose they can slip back and then rub even more.

We're having this problem with our shirexcob, going to buy him a premier equine rug tomorrow as meant to be a good fit for bigger horses. Also look on the big horse shop website xx

For turnout rugs - weatherbeeta - just make sure you get the ones with the gussets / pleats over the front legs - they fit great on my broad chested fell.

Any of the Fals - they are the only ones that don't rub my haffy and section d both of whom have biiiiiig shoulders!
