My mare needs a new rug she has a amigo by Rambo but somehow she splits all the lining inside, Premier equine do not fit her.

What do the Fals fit like, Im looking at a Chieftain are they any good????

Many thanks

Fals are good but I prefer the Rhino or Rambo's from Horseware. I haven't brought a Fal for a bit but the ones I did buy had elastic on the hood where it does up and it wears out after a bit! They have changed them now.

Horseware make three different levels/qualities of rug. The Amigos are their budget range, Rhinos mid range, and Rambos top of the range.

I wasn't hugely impressed with the Amigo when I bought one, the same goes for the Fal I bought - both I sold on.

Rambos on the other hand I LOVE and am completely addicted to  They are definitely worth the extra £s as they last forever.

The 'old' fals were brilliant but the newer ones don't seem nearly as good quality. Rambos are fantastic, rhinos too but as other posters have pointed out, the amigos are the budget range from Horseware Ireland :)
