Rugs for chunky monkeys

Samthecob is living out unrugged and although a very happy chappy, next year he'll be clipped out and ridden. I'm wanting to get him something in the sales now for next year. What makes/models are good for chunks? His lightweight rubs his shoulders already (it was £15 and he wears in once in a blue moon so not fussed). I've always had much slighter types so not had this problem before.

i found weatherbeeta fit Rio well. he has a thick set neck and very broad shoulders... i used to find that masta fitted really well but i bought a heavy weight for Rio and it doesnt look like it was made to fit any horse especially not him! Taz has an amiego hero 6 and that fits him well across the chest and hes quite broad but its not that big around the neck
