I'm on the list to get a horse from the Darley Rehoming Centre. I like being prepared, and so have bought pretty much everything (barring rugs) i can already despite not knowing when i may get him!

My query is this, what rug brands do you all find fit best? What is the quality like? I'm a student so cant afford to buy rugs that leak/dont fit ect.

my girl came with a middleweight with a neck and a heavyweight with a neck. 90% of my rugs are weatherbeeta for all my horses and i'd definately reccomend them.

Defo go weatherbeeta, would defo recommend getting an under rug combo for the stable...its my most used rug and keeps them warm (obviously put a heavier rug over the top in the winter etc) Their TOs are fab too but I also rate Rhino Wugs (high neck) they are so light to carry and fit well!

Premier Equine are fab too and do good sales! Do you know what horse your getting....I wouldnt buy unless you already know...incase they dont fit and you cant return them!

depends on what type of TB i have 2 one is chunky and one is very fine, for the fine one i always go horseware and for the chunky its JHL or mark todd.
