Rugs for teeny tinys?

I like my 3 to live out throughout the year as much as possible. But the girls do not have much shelter in their field so Summer Has a heavyweight rug with a full neck and she seemed happy enough last winter.

However, we only got Lily in April and Im not sure what to do with her. Does anyone know where I can buy a rug small enough to fit a mini shetland? Not sure of her height as our stick doesnt go small enough!

Had thought about a foal rug but wasn't sure about the proportions

I think you can get rugs for little ponies (as opposed to foal shaped rugs) on ebay. If you want to measure her but your stick won't work then use some string and then measure it with a tape measure.

Try this site (I've never ordered from them myself so I don't know what they're like in terms of service). THe rugs go as small as 1 ft 9, bless!
