What rugs do your clipped neddies have on at night / during the day with this weather now warming back up? I can’t keep up with it changing!!

Mine has regrown a fair bit so is naked currently but if she was properly bald I'd be using her back on track sheet at the moment.

Just clipped today. In no fill turn out overnight with neck. Will take the neck off in the morning when I turn out. She will probably be a bit warmer then I would ideally like but she was very fluffy so is a fairly big change, and field is on a hill so hopefully a bit of a breeze

Totally depends on the horse, mine only ever has a blanket clip but she would be out naked until it was below 7 degrees and rainy/windy. When she is stabled she would be naked until it was getting frosty but she is a very hot horse and even in the worst winter weather her thickest rug is 50g.

Just clipped yesterday and she is in a 50g without a neck. I was going to put her in a 70 g today with neck but the forecast was right, it is now getting very warm here, so will probably take her rug off for a few hours tomorrow and then back in the 50g.

She is a very 'hot' horse so although retired I do still clip her (well at the moment one of my sons does it for me God love him!) as she just gets into a scruffy sweaty mess if left to grow her old ladies winter coat.
