Look on eBay. Spent hours on there on Sunday and ended up with a fair few options (we needed 4ft6 with inbuilt neck and no filling that didn’t cost the Earth - ‘‘twas a trial!).

Amigo pony range. Just got a 50g turnout for my teeny Welsh, it’s got a detachable neck, loops for a liner at the neck and extra clips at the back, and it’s a very smart, waterproof and well fitting rug.

Maxima Equestrian do down to 3'. They're technically under rugs, rather than liners, because they don't clip on to the outer rug, but they still work well.

Oh I didn't think the quality of these were good at all, the stable rug/under rugs. Stitching came undone within days and the clips broke (they did replace the clips but refused to let me return the rug). Turnout ones seem better though

The Ponyo range looks adorable but no idea what they’re like quality wise. I’m tempted to try them but seeing as I need a full set of rugs, I think liners will work out cheaper as well as being easier to store.
If you want good rugs on a budget I’d recommend Gallop Ponie. My two mares are very different shapes and they fit both equally well. We had some awful storms recently (South) and I was surprised, given the cost of them, that they remained fully waterproof, even with the ponies out 24/7. Mine have 100g.

I was going to try these, they look good.

I got a weatherbeeta one recently which fits fine on the body but is way too long in the neck for our 12.2! Fitted OK initially but didn't anticipate how much it would move when he rolls ? Totally slips forwards and covers the top of his head! have got a Derby House one to try now...hopefully be better!
