Rugs With 3 Surcingles

Sorry if I've spelt surcingle wrong, I'm having a stupid day

Right, I've just bought a rug with three surcingles and I'm wondering how to do them up. I have a few ideas how they could do up, but what is the right way?

cross the outer 2 as you would any other rug

then do up the middle one straight through the middle

I have the Rambo XCel which has 3 belly straps. I do the front and back ones up as normal and the middle strap joins straight across and under the other two.

Ditto ^^^ except I do the middle last over the top of the other 2

I'm not sure of the "correct" way but I do middle up first then cross over others as nomal

Thanks guys, this was the way I thought it was done, but wanted to check. The other way i thought was just to do them all up straight across.

i've always done mine up straight across as it didn't occur to me to cross them over! mine lives out 24/7 in it & never had any problems with surcingles coming undone or the rug moving.

i would cross the fronts and backs and then have the middle straight
