I've got him a masta lightweight(for my Welsh sec D 4 year old) which did fit him but went to put it on for the first time a few days back and it doesnt anymore, he's grown again. So at the moment he's out in a friend's rug untill i get time to change the new masta. The friend's rug is a freestyle landa weatherbeta, and i love weatherbeta because they always last for me. But the neck hole is too big and its really deep on his body, like how fat he is wise, so what rugs could i get which are going to last atleast this whole winter wont be too deep, and the neck hole is big enough but not tooooo big
I really HATE masta rugs because every one i've ever had has leaked water through. so i want to try to stay away from them.
and do you think weatherbeta's will fit eventualy once he's filled out?
thanks?

I'd persist with the weatherbeeta. My lightweight has a huge neck, but the medium weight and heavy are just fine - although the additional neck cover on the heavy was too long and we had to swap it for a pony one. I do have a masta, but it leaks and I've never managed to get re-proofing to hold. Fal pro are great - but very expensive.

You could try the amigo's they are good and fit well. or slumberdown (cheaper range from fal) but again i love weatherbeetas too, depends on how much you want to spend etc
