Why is it one size in a particular rug fits and the same size is too big in another style...Grrrrrrrr

I bought a Weatherbeeta HW combo stable rug in a 6'0 and its absoultly huge on my mare.

However the 5'9 in a normal Weatherbeeta stable rug is far too small and then my 6'0 Rambo duo turnout rug fits her (if a tiny bit small)

yeah i bought the weatherbeeta combo in 6'3 and its massive on him!!however he will just have to put up with it!!(at least the neck part goes up to his ears because he has such a long neck most neck rugs only go half way up!!)

I found that with Weatherbeeta. The old style Taka was too small in a 6' 6 but the new freestyle version was massive in the same size.

Had the same problem brought a 6'6" Taka combo freestyle a couple of years ago and it was so big, it slipped back and rub shoulders and loins bald in 3 days

(by which time I had brought a 6'6" Rambo Wug plus to replace it). Have had the flipping Weatherbeeta sitting round doing nothing since then, but think one of the other liveries is going to buy it as tried it on her mare who normally take a 6'9"-7' rug and it fits perfect. Will only get half what I paid for it, but better than nothing.

I'm sticking with Rambos from now on.
