rules on quater markers??

Are there any rules in showing/dressage on the type of quater marks you use?
I have chunky chestnut with nice big bum that i am hoping to do some showing classes with next week.. what types of markers do you think look best or do you preffer to see a horse with out them in the show ring ?
I am undecided and new to all this mine field of rules, regulations and dress codes!

Pretty much anything goes in the showring!

What classes are you thinking of doing.

You would use little squares done with a small comb for hack and possibly riding horse. Sharks teeth underneath.
Hunters and cobs and some riding horses you wuold have strips at the top and sharks teeth underneath.

Basically, big ones for big bums and small ones for smaller bums.
