I know Barney very well - He did the intro at Moreton yesterday! and he has not evented for 8 years.
Also Emily withdrew her cracking mare Ulissa from Aldon so it all adds up.

so it seems. i knew the guy who owned it when mary had it, and when it di le lion two years ago, they seemed to think that was as good as it was. as it was shortly sold after that and has not reached the next level with emily they might be right! we shall see it is in at somerley park i just looked. i would be more intersted to knowwhat she is doing with the nice young horse she had at the hartpury BYEH qualifyer it was lovely.

Was it a grey? What age? She had one called Spring Along that was sold did ok at PAVO this year. She has a lovely mare at moment also grey called Ulissa and that is special. owned by her mother. I saw it jump at Hand and it made it look easy.

bet thats the one. it was fantastic and quite frankly i do not know how it dint do better in the final line up... bettina's was lovely but the winner and the third galloped about as well as i fly but i did see a white stick leaning against the judges car....

I think it means nothing after all what has Pebbly Agha Khan ever done? or Zeus of Rushall? I am sure you get the odd freak that does very well in eventing but it does not test bravery just how mature they are.

Isn't it a small world.. when i did my snowboard instructor course (with BASI) i did it with Toby Lee's sister (also Barney's), think she was called Lucy? we only got talking about horsey stuff on the bus hime, small work indeed.

She was named after me! Sal was always desperate for a girl. Their mother liked my name but could not call her Lucy Lee as a bit gypsy so hence Lucinda.
