Does anyone have experience of costs involved with running a livery yard for say 10 full liveries and 6-8 DIY. Am not talking about how much would it cost me to feed etc the horses I can do that bit, I mean additional costs such as managing the fields, electric for lights in the school, water bills etc. Just a rough estimate obviously as i realise it will depend a lot on the property.
