Running out of options and patience.

My pony is a rescue mare she too used to kick the stable wall and also fencing. It was because she was anxious and wanted to go out etc, eventually she learnt to wait and settled down and stopped doing it.

I would get the vet to check her out and try not to give in to her and turn her out or bring her when she kicks as you are rewarding her bad behaviour.
 
Sell,give away or have her shot, lifes too short to have to keep a horse you dont like .

Turn her out 24/7. Put electric tape up so she can't kick the fences. Ensure she has company, plenty of grazing and hay when needed.

Can't see what the problem is - other than you niaivly (sp) bought a 3 year year old expecting it to be all singing all dancing........
