Rural Cheap accomodation in return for work WANTED

Hi we are a nice couple age 44 and 51, sensible and in need of a leg up to get our lives back together.

We are both professionals who lost everything due to unforeseen circumstances. We are trying really hard to rebuild our lives and now seeking a LONG TERM Property/mobile home to rent in return for part time help, or, perhaps, running of a business if you wish to retire but don't wish to move? etc Open to ideas

He is retraining as an electrician 3 days a week so available for ALL DIY, groundsman, fixing fences, mending etc help including help with horses
She is available for yard duties, horse/pet help/sitting, house work, marketing, website building and promotion.
Extensive experience with horses and animals.

We could also take over an existing yard perhaps if you wish to take a back seat? we are open to ideas.

**What's most important is that it is LONG TERM. Cheaper rent in return for help/work.
We both drive, it also needs to be pet friendly as we do have 2 horses and pets (well behaved and clean)**

West Midlands ideally, however would consider other areas so long as there is a near by college for partner to carry on training.
 
Sorry Bonkers2, but thought perhaps by speaking directly with everyone it would be more personable, perhaps someone would be thinking they need help but not actually advertising, so thought it was worth asking, normally its who you know and not what you know. Sorry if I offended anyone by asking for help on here :(

Not offended, but if someone is they might ask admin to look at it.
 
we cant afford to place any ads, our situation is dyer, so hopefully no one will ask our request to be removed. fingers crossed. thanks anyway

Someone will, I can guarantee it, its happend to me before when I've advertised events or put photos on here of professional photos that I've actually bought :(

Try 'The Lady' magazine. That has loads of adverts for couples looking for work in the back, its normally stuff like housekeeper for the lady and gardner for the man type roles. Good luck. You can buy that magazine at WH Smith. Here is a link: http://www.jobs.lady.co.uk/

Sorry not read all the other posts so someone may have already put this, have you had a look at the magazine called "The Lady", there are job adverts advertised in there, usually with accommodation included and I've seen adverts for couples to do different roles on a particular estate (so you get to live somewhere lovely too!). Hope you find something suitable asap. x
