Rural insurance anyone claimed?

Just got competitive renewal quote for my horse insurance via four counties (broker). Has anyone claimed with them - wondering what they are like to deal with.

Rural insurance are a large agricultural insurance company. I have never heard of any issues with them and I used to work for one of their main competitors

We used Equestrian world - insured with Rural insurance - on fourth claim in three years (with differant horses) everyone paid no problem. When we sadly lost a horse last year - chipped pastern - died in recovery from surgery the whole claim was settled in 8 weeks from original injury!!

Great thanks guys it will save me lots to go with them and policy is nearly identical so a no brainer really
