Rural-ish house rental required, Wellington.

Hiya

OH and I are looking for a 2/3 bedroom place in or around Wellington. Preferably in or backing onto countryside.

We have jobs/references/deposit and also 3 short haired, neutered cats (hence needing access to countryside)

Not really feeling the love for paying agency fees/deposits/bonds etc so a private rental would be preferred.
