Has anyone else had problems with Rutland Horse Extras? I ordered some Lifeforce from them almost 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. I haven't had a reply to my email, facebook message or on paypal. I don't mind waiting for it if there's an issue but i'm getting a bit nervous that the money has left my account and now I can't get in touch with them.
 
I recently had issues,took a month to get to me after paying. Got reply to my original message,person was on holiday. It still didn't arrive & had absolutely no response to my numerous messages- txt ,FB,voicemail & email. Did eventually open PayPal dispute but it then arrived the day after I'd done that! No explanation or apology was given. Not impressed & think it's a shoddy way to run a business. There was a couple of other things I want to try on my poor doer so I think I'll move onto them. If I do continue I'll be ordering it from elsewhere !
 
I've still not received mine and no reply to my last message. I've escalated my paypal dispute to a claim now so hopefully i'll at least get my money back. I can't believe they think it's ok just to take money off people like this, it's no different to that girl who's selling saddles that don't exist!
