Just had a phonecall from a very good friend, her beloved 13yo TBxWelshD Gully was PTS at 16.25 this afternoon.
He was the most stunning and honest horse, who was diagnosed as having cancer of the eye(or something similar) and Manda did not want him to suffer, and decided that it was time to let him go before it spread to his brain, and left him in agony.
I have just come off the phone to her, many tears were shed, this horse was her all, it was everything. It has all happened so quickly, he loved his work, lived for his eventing. I cant believe it.
RIP Gully, you were one in a million, Manda loves you, you will never be replaced. xxx
