Saddle bought on eBay wrong size

I honestly can’t remember now but I do agree with you. I originally bought it off eBay as the right saddle too but it fitted at the time so didn’t really occur to me to look at it. I also once bought a very cheap fairfax that was meant to be 18” and was stamped 17” but that’s another story. Thinking about it I’m pretty sore the pins were blank so most likely a rip off of the ideal. No more eBay buys for me. Probably.

I have an Ideal Jessica bought from ebay that is badged as Martin Wilkinson I think its quite a common thing, mine also has Jessica engraved on the saddle flap although the seller didn't say it was not badged as Ideal I noticed it on the pictures.

Thats terrible that you didn't get the saddle back I think I would have been tempted to pay them a visit just because of the pure cheek of it I would have struggled to just swallow that some people are awful ?

Seller has agreed to take it back after eBay stepped in. It was returned today. And tracked. Let’s hope I get my money back. Had to pay 19 pounds return though

Better to lose £19 than to be stuck with a useless saddle that you might lose more on. I think you’re up on that one!

I darent sell another one on eBay again i don’t think. Shame as I have about half a dozen sitting there in the tack room unused!

I have sold saddles on preloved loads of times without any bother none ever sold on ebay, have you tried any of the Facebook groups?

Not got any in an xw by any chance?
