Saddle cleaner and leather furniture

Does anyone use tack cleaner to maintain their leather chairs etc? Someone said to try this when furniture store tried to sell me their super dooper special stuff !

I do - if it's good enough to go on my saddles, it's good enough for my sofas. Saddle soap them once a week and then use effol balsam once a month. This has keep them lovely and supple, shiny and clean. Sofas haven't cost as much as my tack!!

I clean mine (tack and sofas) with a damp cloth to remove dirt and nourish with effax balm.

Yep clean the furniture with saddle soap.

Quick clean my tack with Lord Sheratons furniture leather wipes and they do a lovely job when your not doing a big clean. Opposite of your question but thought others may be interested to know.
