Three quick questions -
Is there a limit to how much a fitter can alter the width of the tree? I'm looking at about a 2.5" gullet width reduction.
Is it just the gullet width that is changed or can the angle of the tree lengthways be changed?
Finally - does anyone have any idea how much they charge for a full reflock? I'm guessing it has to go back to the makers, but they're not answering the phone this morning.

TThere should be a list of fitters on their website.

I was told by one of their fitters that the trees can be widened and narrowed over and over again and it doesn't necessarily need re-stuffing when its done.
As far as I know, they can't be altered front to back.

When I had mine re-flocked a couple of years ago it was about £60 I think. When it is re-flocked make sure it is done with exactly the same type of flocking. Mine had been flocked with lambswool and they re-flocked with a mix of lambswool and synthetic which completely altered the way the saddle sat because the new flocking did not "give" in the same way as lambswool and I had to have the fitter back out to alter the width.

I would not say that they give you the perfect seat, but they are a godsend for people with awkward shaped horses.
 
complete re-flock recently cost approx. £90 (can't remember exactly) - my saddle fitter sent it back to company. it came back and she sent it back again! so do check it carefully.
Not sure what they reflocked with but is now quite soft. will have my saddle fitter out again very soon just to check fit again once the flocking has had time to settle.
