Saddle company saddle fitter? Bucks/Beds/Herts

I have just bought a second hand saddle company saddle and need it adjusted.

Im on the border of Bucks/Beds/Herts

I also need to get this horses back checked over & have seen that two fitters on the sc list seem to do both -

Samantha Barrett - Back-in-line
Davina - equine therapies

Has anyone used either of them? or can recommend some one else?

I can recommend Tom Connolly for saddle. He comes out and will re-flock on site for about £40.00 and Claire Short for his back.

Martin Wilkinson sounds good but does anyone know if he has the equipment to alter the tree onsite?

Saddlefitting...You may like to try Toni, at TC Feeds/Dovehouse Farm. Martin Wilkinson have mixed reviews - just check out the forum.

Re Backs, Claire Short is excellent... http://horseosteopath.net/ lots of people at my yard use her, and she will recommend seeing a vet, or no regular treatment - I like someone who thinks of the horse, not their pocket Get her to talk about the animals she has treated...last time I saw her, she'd just been on a course to learn how to clip guinea pigs teeth...

I saw her videos on Horse Hero & she seemed very knowledgeable but again no mention of saddle company saddles on her website so it doesn't look like she has the equipment to adjust the tree -

Why dont you contact the saddle company direct they must have fitters all over the country that could do it.

Hi im in the same situation and trying to find someone who deals with barnet herts EN5 area to check my saddle company saddle.

This thread is 13 years old, you'd be best contacting the manufacturer, or asking local saddle fitters, many generalist fitters may be happy to work on them.
