Anyone have a saddle company saddle and recommend them?
I am looking for a comfortable saddle that I can jump in and that I can change the shape when my horse changes shape (all the time!)

Ideally want a second hand one as will be cheaper, where would be best to buy? Pm me if you know of any for sale!

Thankyou :)

Hope I am allowed to post this!

I absaloutley love mine! :) I have the con square cantle and was the only one I could find to fit my boy.

My mum has one, a couple of girls on the yard has one, one has the jumping one, on the dressage, they're all lovely and we're all chuffed with them.

Don't know of any for sale but your best bet is to find your nearest SC fitter and give them a ring, as mine regularly gets them second hand, although mine was new.

Hope that helps a little :)

I have one for my haflinger and I love it, it's just a GP but quite straight cut (possibly a WH, I bought it from ebay). It is very comfy and I love the fact it is adjustable.

yes I have 3!!! I love my GP ones - I have the memory foam seats to make them softer on my bum!! I also have a jumping one that although I have the memory foam seat I do still feel it is quite hard and uncomfortable, but that is because the saddle is close contact and the tree is 'flat' compared with the deep seats that I have in my GPs. My friends that jump (I don't!!) all love the jump saddle so I think it is just me lol!

Hi,

I have on for sale, will PM you details.

The leather is very soft and comfortable and the serge panelling is a definate plus. I found them uncomfortable to hack in. I do 2-3hrs hacking every Sat and Sun and had to buy a seat saver. Never found them uncomfortable when schooling though.

I had one and I hated it. I had a GP and it was awful to jump in, I kept being hit by the cantel.
The serge is nice for the horse but my saddle where is was soft kept getting wider and wider on it's own. I had to see the fitter all the time to keep adjusting it and it cost a fortune.
Also mine was really badly made. The stiching on the underside was tatty and you could actually see the White plastic point of the tree coming out of the pocket where it was shabbily put together. Mine was always sliding up my horses neck :(.
Mine was a brand new, m2m genoa version. I will never have another.
