I have Janet Legg at Nutwell Saddlery (near Exeter) - I think she's good and she covers quite a large area - definitley Devon and Dorset, maybe Cornwall too.

Jodi Hooper at Okehampton, she is fantastic!

Another recommendation for Nutwell from me. Seems to be pretty good, and they're nice too which is always a bonus!
