Saddle fitting help please....

As you know I have bought a new horse and I'm now rather skint!!!! ( I had no intention of buying another ned).

Sooooo I'm using a wintec saddle until I have saved for a new one. Saddler is coming to check fit for me but she is rather booked up and its gonna be awhile until she comes.

Can anyone let me know what Im looking for fitting wise please???? I have half an idea but I'm rubbish!!!

i just bought my new boy, a bit more than i wanted to pay so iv bought a wintec to put me on, my fitter came out and fitted ours, heres what she did/said, first tried a wide could fit more than 3 fingers under the front of saddle when mounted, trotted and saddle was raising and swaying, to keep it short ended up in a narrow, got 3 fingers in front of saddle, trotted, no rising no swaying, checked around his shoulders in walk and i could just get a finger under the side of saddle along side of shoulder, in her opinion it fitted perfectly. hope this helps.
