Saddle for a 12.2 barrel - interchangeable or treeless?

Pony-face needs a new saddle. Unfortunately she's the sort who tends to change shape relatively easily, depending on her workload. Ideally we should have 2 saddles for her, but since I'm yet to win the euromillions, 1 will have to do for now.
So my question is - do I get a saddle with a changeable gullet (is it just Wintec & Thoroughgood who do these?) or a treeless? (am I right in thinking treeless ones mold to their shape?)
The thing is though - she has absolutely NO withers. None! Zilch! She is table-topped. So which is less likely to slip?

A friend of mine has a 13.2 table-topped pony and they have a thorowgood. Never had any problems with it and it fits brilliantly.. I believe it's the Pony Club version (or so it says on the saddle!)

Thank you. Unfortunately, that is the one we have now. Although it doesn't slip, the gullet isn't changeable for when she changes shape. Nice saddle though x

Balance International do lovely little pony saddles now, and their pad system makes them fairly flexible in terms of shape changing.
