I'm selling my Farrington WH saddle and a lady has asked me if it has gusseted panels and being the brainy horse person i am i have no idea what she means... so please tell me what are they pictures would be great :)

Under the cantle the flocked bit has a stitched section giving it shape and height, a foam panel or a plain flocked panel has no stitched sections and so follows the line of the cantle more. All Albions for example have a gusseted rear panel. The same is true at the front (she more likely means the back) and some saddles have a stitch line shaping the flocking at the front, for a part of the height of the saddle, or all the way down like Thorowgood.
