Saddle issues!! Anyone have a no withered porky sec b

Have brought 5 saddles now really getting frustrated now!!!!, hes very short backed, porkey & a sec b he has no withers at all anyone have same & had same problem, i dont want a cub or treeless & not looking to spend loads as i cant afford it, any advice would be much appreciated,

Thorowgood T8 Compact. My mare is a Welsh x, tubby, short-backed and with a forward girth groove. It's the only saddle that fits her.

This. Or try the Thorowgood Cob which is what I ended up with after I had exactly the same problem (short backed, no withered Anglo Arab with a forward girth groove so everything shot up her neck). I use it with one of those super grippy gel pads (no numnah just directly between her and the saddle) and a Stubben string girth.

That's interesting MM, I've been advised to get that girth or a professional's choice.
