Apologies in advance if this sounds like a daft question but my current saddles has removeable knee blocks I can change depending on discipline I'm doing but my newbie has come with a nice Gp GFS saddle but the knee blocks really aren't comfortable for me and I could do with them being a bit bigger for jumping. Is this a job a saddler can take on and remove current knee blocks and replace with some more suitable? Or once they're in, they're in?!!
