I keep my horse at livery in Cirencester and need a Kent and Masters saddle re flocking.
It's nearly new but flocking has padded down as my normal saddler told me to expect, unfortunately I can't use her as she is now too far away.
Please could you reccomend me the best person to do this for a reasonable price!?
Thanks!

I have never used them but do not have my horse up there but a friend of mine has her horse there with the same saddle as you and uses Cirencester saddlers)

Julia Duffin in Marlborough is excellent, she sold me a Kent And Masters before Xmas. She will reflock on site and refit.

Who fitted and sold you the saddle?
It was customary when a new saddle is sold, fitted and flocked that the next flock up was free as part of after care service.
Did they offer you this?
That's how I have always operated, out of interest anyone else had a free flock up after sale of saddle by a saddler or saddle fitter?
Oz (Saddler)

Forgot to add, one of my colleagues in the trade covers that area regarding flocking up, she sells K & M so is familiar with them,

There is a proper master saddler based in Cirencester but I can't think of his name.
Maurice Emtage is good as already mentioned. He's Bourton on the water/ Lower Slaughter though rather than Little Rissington.

Terri Webb fitted it and sold it to me, she has always been brilliant for us but my horse is no longer in the area she covers as I am at uni and he comes with me! So am unsure if she would have re flocked it for free or not

A free reflocking is included with my saddle purchase from Julia, I do have to pay mileage for the visit. I think most saddlers offer this service with a new saddle.....hopefully

Thanks for letting me know, I don't sell saddles now but when I did I fitted and flocked saddlse on site at time of their sale, then returned for another free flocking at a later date (no time limit) and just charged for fuel to get there and a cup of tea! :)
