Saddle refurbishment? Anyone had it done?

Super Ideal WH has had a hard ten years and needs a rebuild. Fits two of mine and me perfectly. Anyone had a rebuild on an existing tree? Saddle was a bit of a one off.

yes i had it done with my very first saddle. i had got the saddle very cheap initially and it cost a fair bit to refurbish but i subsequently sold it on when i moved from a pony to a horse and got quite a bit of money for it.
