saddle repairs

Having not been up here long and not being on a yard I have no idea what there is locally.

I just need a d ring reattached to my saddle (dont have the d ring) and will need alterations doing eventually. Can anyone recomend someone. I work in sheffield but live south of chesterfield so anyone close to either would be great.

Good saddler at Throstle Nest at Silkstone near at barnsley. Also use a guy near Worksop for tack repairs. Pm me for his number?

yes i agree theres a saddler at throstlenest (silkstone common). Unsure if parklands do it aswell.

Have a look at Yorkshire saddlery repairs, Sarah is excellent and I've found her to be very reasonable priced

I've used Throstle Nest (they send it away I think, wasn't done on site last I knew,(last year)) and been perfectly happy with their repairs etc and have saddle reflocked etc through Byron at Retford Saddlery.

an old man that was a saddler, (made me a wonderful saddle years ago) he now makes fancy dog leads etc, but still provides saddle repairs/flocking/etc
