I paid for a saddle and never recieved the saddle . Person can not be contacted. I made the transaction via telephone banking and obviously I have this persons bank account details but no other details- she has been changing her name on facebook.
What do I do? Report to police/ bank/ citizens advice? Luckily I only paid for half the saddle as I said I would pay the other half when I recieved the saddle.
Any advice would be fab :-)

There is a thread of such a scam and I can not think the name for you to search on here 'Poppy' comes to mind as lots of advice given and I think there is a fb page for all the poor people scammed by her and people are coming together to try and get action taken.

Hopefully someone will give you a link.. :)

Report to the police. They can (if they are interested) contact the bank and request contact details for the person. Or you could send solicitors letter via the bank for them to forward on (which they might or might not agree to do)

Yep it's poppy Eastwood!! Now going under the name of Kimberley white/ holly Bates / LL Bates
Tracked down one of her email conversations with other victims and her wording and use of language is exactly the same :-(
