Have noticed that my saddle slips slightly to the right. Horse is a bit asymetrical. With saddle on and no numnah it is ok on left side but there seems to be more space between horse and saddle at front of panel on the off side.
I've got a Mattes correctional numnah (both sheepskin & plain one). Its a new saddle and we are riding in it for 20 hours before being checked again by saddler. She did say it may slip over and told me which side to put shims in if so but I can't remember. She wanted flocking to settle down before messing about putting more in.
Do I put them in right side to fill in hollow or is it the near side pushing it over so need them on near side?
Will take some pics later to show.
Any ideas?!!
