Saddler North East

Can anyone recommend a good saddler, I'm based near Darlington. My saddler can't see me until the end of April and I have nothing to ride in! Preferably one that stocks second hand or will re-flock/adjust my own. The few I know of I really don't rate so some personal recommendations would be useful, thank you.

Probably a bit far for you but you did say North East. Chris at Jobson's in Alnwick seems very good. He got it right with my very hard to fit horse, best saddle she's ever had.

There's somewhere over Darlington way because the lady at Priory saddlers in Guisborough uses them. Best give Priory a ring, she should be able to point you in the right direction.
I use a really fab guy in Malton but that might be too far for you.

I use Paula Clegram from simply saddles- excellent. My friend used the guy from Malton and he came up to Sunderland to fit her a saddle and shes happy with his work
