Saddler problems - please HELP!!!

Hi all,

I cannot get a saddler (based in the Milton Keynes area) to return my calls or email regarding saddles bought from them and my saddles held by them for sale. Has anyone else had experiences like this with saddlers and if so how did you resolve them?

Go and collect your saddles asap. You could also contact trading standards.

It may be worth putting your saddlers name in a search on this forum. There was a thread recently where a few people in Herts had had similar problems. May be the same person as not a million miles away.

Think we will contact trading standards now and hope they can help! Good idea - didn't know the best people to contact regarding such a matter!

Unfortunately no facilities - just their house i think.

Trading standards or the police I'd have said. Presumably you have got a detailed receipt for the saddles of yours which they are in possession of?
