saddlers in middlesex

anyone know of any good ones who will come out and find a saddle that will fit my boy properly? am a bit worried about it as i don't want to be taken for a ride and end up buying an expensive saddle when a) another would would do just as good a job at not so much money or b) it doesn't fit properly!

also if anyone is able to recommend any makes i can look into, would be much appreciated....he's a 12.2 leggy but quite delicate welsh section b and would only want it for general riding.

Have you tried Catlips? I got a saddle made for my horse there a while back and it was very reasonable. Its in Rickmansworth. I don't have the phone no/address but you could try looking in the Yellow Pages.

Paul Allison is very good

He came out to do my mares saddle last week and reflocked it there and then for me..

i'm going round a lot of tack shops atm seeing if they can recommend anyone, but some of them are a bit vague...would definitely prefer to have someone who has been used by another and can get recommendations about them etc
