Well if you have paid for insurance it shouldn't disappear in the post

You'd think wouldn't you!!! Well I can assure you I paid postal insurance and the item still allegedly got lost in the post(probably because it was NEVER sent in the 1st place). Did eventually get a refund (minus £2 postal insurance), never got any proof that the item was ever posted, only got rude and sarcastic emails and vile and negative feedback (even though I had paid as soon as they had given me their details to enable a secure payment which I had to ask 3 times for, even though it was the only method they accept).

Funniest thing was they later had the never to offer a mutual feedback removal (how they get rid of most of their negatives), NO F-ING WAY YOU DESERVED YOURS WAS MY RESPONSE!!!!

Yeah, I paid for "insurance" too and mine still "disapeared" in the post as well (a pink leather headcollar and some rubber reins). They gave me a tracking number but I gave it to my postman who I know and he checked it and said that the number had never been used therefore, had never entered the system (it's pays to be nice to your postie!). I told saddlery4u what my postie said and they gave me a refund shortly after including my £2 "insurance".
