Saddlery4U - any comments - good / bad?

Just seen what appears to be a bargain item from the above seller on ebay. They appear to have a shop on there so I was wondering if anyone else has purchased anything from them and could give me any feedback.

All the items are good that i've had, had to send one back that wasn't upto scratch, which was prompty replaced and i was sent a voucher for my next purchase, bought an item from them, arrived very quickly and as described... only trouble was the voucher wasn't actually redeemable through ebay so waste of time being sent one imo, other than that all good in my experience.

I only ever bought from them once - they were quick and efficient and the item was as described. Happy enough.

Having major problem with them, bridles come up very small, they are a nightmare as will not exchange, no customer service!!!
