I'm sure I have seen posts on here before, but have searched and found nothing (sorry

Saddlery4u...yay or nay??? I'm not convinced by their feedback but I'm happy to hear what you all think.

Many thanks

I bought a 2nd hand Taka combo off them late last year. It was absolutely as described and I personally couldn't fault them in any way. It also came very quickly. I got it for about £50

If a certain item doesnt raeach a high enough price they 'dont have it in stock', yet its relisted immediately!

Ive bought from them a few times and had no problems, their postage charges are ridiculous and Ive heard stories about items not turning up etc, but Ive always got my items.

One to be avoided IMHO. I paid for a headcoller which allegedly got lost in the post. They eventually partially refunded (they didn't refund my postal insurance), after I reported the item as not received to Ebay. They then put a non payment strike against me

. I fought this and it was removed. I believe they report many innocent buyers as non payers so the negative feedback the buyers have left is removed by Ebay (hence their feedback looks better than it should). They also left me a negative, despite the fact that I had paid as soon as they had emailed me the link (they don't accept Pay-pal, so email you a link to enable you to pay by credit card), and kept in contact and had always been courteous (despite the rude and sarcastic emails I received from them).

One upon a time there was another ebay seller called 'Free Sprits Saddlery' who sold identical items with adverts of identical format.

They were reported for shill bidding & there were complaints of items not being received & vindictive feedback being left by them. They eventually stopped trading....changed their name to something else & started again.
