Ok guys need some help

I stupidly brought a black country wexford in August for me and Mr Levi (he is only 4 there is the stupid part!!)

so being 4 he has grown and changed!

So the saddler is coming out on 12th to have a look see she can can adjust/ re-flock to help with fit

i was told before buying it that a black country tree can be adjusted (by there master saddler!!) the tree can go up one size or down one!
is this true??

also do you think i am going to have to buy a whole new saddle ?

Mr Levi is a 4 (5 in April) TB gelding who is 16'2hh and no longer bum high

I am worried in a years time i am going to have to have to find a whole new saddle

and if that is the case i best start saving

so any help or tips very welcome!!!

yes they can be adjusted up and down a tree size & BC are very good , fingers crossed your horse hasnt changed too much, the Wexford is the best saddle I ever owned.

Yes, it can be adjusted though you'll have to let the saddler take it away, can't be done on site.

I had a black country saddle for my 4yr old. It was a lovely saddle. Unfortunately he outgrew the overall shape of the tree (he became flatter backed and the tree was too curved through it's length). I would have another if one came up that fit him though.

I have 2 BC saddles and can't speak highly enough of the service I've received from them. Not sure about the sizing thing, but they are very good and i'm sure they'll help you if they can.
